itegGO Consulting, S.L., hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER,
is responsible for processing users' personal data and informs you that such data
will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016
(GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of
personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The following information regarding the processing of your personal data is provided:
Purpose of the processing:
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The planned processing activities include:
- Sending commercial and promotional communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other current or future electronic or physical means. These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its own products and services or those of its partners or suppliers with whom promotional agreements have been established. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.

- Processing orders, requests, or any other type of inquiry submitted by users through any of the available contact methods.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*)
in the contact form or download forms, users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that
their data is necessary for the service provider to process their request, while providing data
in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes
to notify any changes to such data.
The CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will never be
disclosed to third parties. Whenever any transfer of personal data is intended, the user's prior,
informed, and explicit consent will always be requested.
All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the user with
an optimal service. If all required data is not provided, the CONTROLLER cannot guarantee that
the information and services offered will fully meet the user's needs.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all
GDPR provisions applicable to the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and
specifically with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which personal data is
processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate,
relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been
implemented to apply the security measures required by the GDPR in order to protect the rights
and freedoms of users and has provided them with the necessary information so they can exercise
those rights.
